Community engagement strategy development, moderation, crisis management, building and maintaining a positive online community.

  • Created a list of marketing channels and curated content ideas for driving traffic to a community forum
  • Developed a community engagement strategy to keep users actively engaged in discussions.
  • Moderated online communities by checking comments, posts, and user behavior.
  • Analyzed the tone of online comments and responded appropriately using the escalation matrix.

Developed end-to-end content strategy to achieve brand objectives of increased website traffic, downloads, and active users.

  • Identified six marketing channels to achieve objectives, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Chose four paid channels to increase app downloads, each with at least one ad format and campaign idea to achieve 1,00,000 downloads in 6 months.
  • Allocated budget among activities such as creating awareness, retargeting campaigns, and engagement activities based on strategic goals and reasons.
  • Selected two KPIs per stage of the consumer funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Delight) to measure content marketing and paid advertising strategies.
  • Developed engagement strategy to reduce uninstallation rate of 70% by generating at least three ideas to improve user retention.
